Shipping Policy

Our products all ship under FedEx Priority and will arrive within 4 - 7 bussiness days after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number with your order that we will be monitoring from our end. We do our best to get your things packaged and in the mail as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not send to PO Boxes. Include a street address when using our shop.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a Kuripe or Tepi has arrived defective or broken at your residence, please get in contact with us and we can either ship you a new piece or give you a refund.

We do not offer refunds if a piece is damaged after arrival.

We do not offer refunds if you use it very heavily and wear down your piece.
